Admission Requirements

Primary School Entry

  • Age Requirement: Child must be at least 5 years old by August of the entry year
  • Previous School Records: Report cards from previous school (if applicable)
  • Assessment: Basic literacy and numeracy assessment
  • Interview: Child and parent interview with the Head of Primary
  • Birth Certificate: Copy of the child's birth certificate

Secondary School Entry

  • Academic Records: Transcripts from the previous two years
  • Entrance Examination: Mathematics and English proficiency tests
  • Minimum Grades: B average in core subjects (Mathematics, English, Science)
  • Interview: Student interview with the Head of Secondary
  • Recommendation Letter: One academic recommendation from previous school

A-Levels / Sixth Form Entry

  • IGCSE Results: Minimum of 5 IGCSEs at grade C or above
  • English & Mathematics: Grade C or above in English and Mathematics
  • Subject-Specific Requirements: B grade or above in subjects to be pursued at A-Level
  • Personal Statement: Written statement of academic interests and goals
  • Interview: Comprehensive interview with Sixth Form Director
  • Recommendation: Two academic recommendations from previous teachers

Transfer Students

  • Academic Records: Complete transcripts from current school
  • Syllabus Alignment: Assessment of curriculum compatibility
  • Placement Tests: Subject-specific tests for appropriate grade placement
  • Interview: Student and parent interview with relevant Head of School
  • Behavior Record: Good conduct certificate from previous school

Initial Inquiry

Begin by submitting an online inquiry form or contacting our admissions office. Our team will provide you with detailed information about the school, curriculum and answer any questions you may have.

Campus Tour & Information Session

Schedule a personalized campus tour to experience our facilities firsthand. Attend an information session to learn more about our educational philosophy, programs and community.

Schedule: Tours available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Information sessions held twice monthly.

Submit Application

Complete the application form with all required documents. Applications can be submitted online through our portal or in person at the admissions office.

Deadlines: Early applications are encouraged. Primary intake is in January and September. Secondary intake is in September only.

Assessments & Interviews

Students will complete age-appropriate assessments in Mathematics and English. Following the assessments, students and parents will participate in interviews with school leadership.

Format: Written assessments, interactive activities (for younger students) and interviews with Heads of School.

Required Documents

Application Form

Completed and signed application form with recent passport-sized photograph attached.

Academic Records

Official transcripts/report cards from the previous two academic years (translated to English if necessary).

Birth Certificate

Certified copy of the student's birth certificate or passport for age verification.

Medical Records

Immunization records and recent medical report from a licensed physician (within 6 months).

Parent/Guardian ID

Copies of parents' or guardians' national IDs or passports for identification purposes.

Recommendation Letters

Academic recommendation letters from previous teachers or school administrators.

Transfer Certificate

For transfer students: official transfer/leaving certificate from previous school.

Passport Photos

Four recent passport-sized photographs of the student with white background.

Interview and Enrollment Steps

Assessment Review

Our admissions committee reviews the completed application, academic records and assessment results. This holistic review considers academic performance, extracurricular involvement and personal qualities.

Timeline: Review completed within 7-10 working days of receiving all documents.

Family Interview

Students and parents meet with the relevant Head of School for a comprehensive interview. This conversation helps us understand the family's educational goals and ensures alignment with our school's values and expectations.

Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes with the student and parents together.

Admissions Decision

Following the interview, the admissions committee makes a final decision. Families are notified of acceptance, waitlist status, or alternative recommendations within 5 working days.

Notification: Official letter sent via email and post. Acceptance packages include enrollment details and next steps.

Enrollment Confirmation

Accepted families complete the enrollment process by submitting required fees and signed enrollment contracts. This secures the student's place in the incoming class.

Deadline: Enrollment must be confirmed within 14 days of acceptance notification.

Orientation & Transition

New students and families participate in orientation programs before the school year begins. These sessions help students acclimate to their new environment and meet teachers and classmates.

Programs: New student orientation, parent welcome events and buddy programs for student integration.
